I enjoy helping individuals & couples from all orientations and walks of life improve communication skills & self-expression, create new relationships or transform stagnant ones, and gain the ability to meet their own and others' needs. It is a privilege for me to assist clients in identifying and communicating feelings, priorities, and values and expressing these in ways that enhance connection and reduce conflict. I utilize an integrative approach that is client-centered and solution-focused. My goal is to empower clients to improve their communication, boundaries, relationships and well-being by providing the support and skills to express themselves clearly and compassionately while prioritizing their core values, needs, and wellness.
